The standard features of this product include a food warmer with a 6 ft. cord and an "ON/OFF" toggle switch on the front. It has a ceramic heating element with a wire guard and provides 750W radiant heat. The housing construction is made of durable aluminum alloy and is easy to clean. The holding stations include a scoop-type, perforated pan measuring 13-1/2" x 18-1/2" x 5-1/4" and a stainless steel cafeteria pan measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" with a mesh screen. The spreader cabinets come with standard legs, but casters are also available as an option. The cabinets have a 12" x 20" cutout as standard, but a flat top option is also available. They are available in stainless steel or enamel.
